Mark Chagaris was headed home when he encountered a horrible situation on the road.
He was turning around a bend on Wednesday in Grimes Canyon, Calif., when debris started flowing towards him.
He thought on his feet and managed to put his car in reverse. The water finally let up and turned his car around to get away from the terrible conditions.
