This video shows the surging Snoqualmie Falls after heavy rains inundated the area

Heavy rain has hit parts of Washington state this week, causing severe flooding.

The National Weather Service said they issued warnings for rivers, including the Snoqualmie and the Yakima, until late Tuesday evening for rain and melting snow.
