But it was real, as a video from a concert featuring boy band MIRROR revealed that the gigantic video monitor above the stage collapsed, crushing some dancers below. The incident took place in Hong Kong at the Hong Kong Coliseum.
TMZ described the scene this way:
“The heavy screen makes a direct hit, knocking the dancer flat on his back, pinning him underneath. It then falls on its side, landing on another dancer. Local reports say as many as 3 people in the show were injured as a result of the collapse.”
The incident left fans screaming and rushing for the exits, as security and emergency personnel attempted to make their way to the stage.
There are 12 members of MIRROR, though it is unclear which were injured in the mishap. The group formed just several years ago via the reality TV talent program, Good Night Show – King Maker, carried on ViuTV.
