Concerned citizens called the police when they saw these malcontents smashing windows and stealing, but by the time an officer arrived these tough guys did more backpedaling than a mime on a unicycle.
The video clip, which appears to come from an episode of “Cops,” shows the two kids looking about as guilty as can be.
The fauxhawked hooligan was immediately sold out by his friend and cuffed.
