We’re no expert bodybuilders or anything, but we’re pretty sure that’s not how you’re supposed to use that machine.
But really, there comes a time when every gym goer has to make a choice when entering into the sacred workout dojo. Either you practice good form and have a meaningful exercise session, or you pile on a ton of weight, make a bunch of noise and see how it goes. This guy seems to have opted for the latter choice.
