Charlie Sheen has finally settled a lawsuit with an ex who claimed he exposed her to HIV. In legal documents obtained by TMZ, the actor has agreed to pay $120,000 to a “Jane Doe.” He will pay her in $10,000 installments over the course of 12 months.

The woman is one of dozens who came out and accused Sheen of knowingly exposing them to HIV. The wave of accusations occurred after he publicly admitted he has the disease while on an episode of NBC’s Today. That was back in November of 2015.

He Had Sex With 25 Women Knowing He Had HIV

Although the plaintiff in this particular lawsuit omitted Sheen’s name initially, TMZ figured it out based on other details. Doe referred to the defendant as mentioning his HIV status on national television on the very day that Sheen did so. So, it doesn’t take that much math to sum up the truth.

The court filings claimed that, while Sheen and Jane Doe used protection at first, they stopped using condoms on October 26, 2015. Prior to having unprotected sex, Sheen assured Doe that he was “fine” when asked if he had an STDs.

After having unprotected sex, Sheen admitted to Doe that he had HIV. Sheen had known of his own HIV status since 2011, which means that he knowingly lied to her about his disease. He then gave her pills to counteract the deadly virus.

Doe alleged that Sheen declared in an argument that disclosing his HIV status was “none of her f–king business.” She claimed that Sheen described himself as “noble” for finally confessing about his STD status. Doe also quoted Sheen as saying that the anti-viral pills were not even necessary but were offered solely due to “the convenient rumors of the medical community.”

Radar Online reported that Sheen admitted to having sex with 25 women while knowing he had HIV. But he insisted to Piers Morgan at a London Town Hall event that he used protection with all of them.

“The only times I didn’t tell them, was because the last 25 times they used it against me, and used my medical condition for their own folly, and financial gain,” Sheen told Morgan.

“I wouldn’t do that to someone. I would not.” — Charlie Sheen

“I never did have unprotected sex when I knew I had HIV. I wouldn’t do that to someone, I would not.

“Here’s the great news…no one has been infected by me. No one. They claim, the sorrow and the pity, or whatever. But that’s on them, I know the truth.”
