Day 2 at the RNC: Empty highways, protesters and people trying to make a buck Jacob Gedetsis

CLEVELAND — The streets of Cleveland have been overrun with political demonstrators, outlandishly-dressed delegates and police from all over the nation.

The energy pulsating through the city is palpable and feels like that of a political state fair (freak show included).
