We’ve all heard of gender reveal parties and the various antics that come along with them. Maybe you’ve heard of some of the worse ones, like the parties that accidentally set massive wildfires or send people to the hospital. But this couple’s gender reveal was actually pretty impressive–and unique–when they used two pole dancers to make the big announcement.

In a viral TikTok video, the aerialists, one in pink and one in blue, take turns dance battling to the top of a pole. It’s gorgeously choreographed and the performers are not just beautiful, but rippling with muscles. The video has already received over 4 Million views.
“i legitimately cannot stop talking about this and thinking about this and fixating on this,” wrote writer Joan Summers.
“I wish my gender was two hot girls on a stripper pole,” someone replied.
The Gender Reveal Is Available In A Longer Video
The viral video doesn’t show the end, but as Vice News noted, there is a longer version online. In that, one of the dancers finally pops a balloon and blue confetti springs out.
A friend of the gender reveal party organizer also made a statement to Vice.
“This party was organized by my friend who is also a pole dance coach and the mom,” said Maria Popa, a pole instructor and the original poster of the video. “She wanted a celebration that represents and characterizes her, there was nothing out of the ordinary, everything was very nice and pleasant.”
It’s worth checking out the longer, edited version of the gender reveal video. The couple is ecstatic, and the dad ends up leaping into the pool.
The comments section underneath is full of so much love that it just might restore your faith in humanity. As someone pointed out, pole dancing isn’t always synonymous with strippers or clubs. It can also be associated with babies…in the making.
