The Today Show has been missing one crucial member of the dynamic morning duo. Savannah Guthrie has been gone since last week, leaving Hoda Kotb to take on the morning show herself.

The week break comes after several rumors have been circling around in regards to the morning anchors’ relationship. Many believe there is an on-set feud between Kotb and Guthrie, with several saying the women can’t stand each other.

Earlier this month, Guthrie admitted to sleeping in and arrived late to the show, which only intensified the unknown tensions of the show. Some believe this was Guthrie’s way of putting her foot down, sending a message to producers.
But, according to the hosts, these are indeed just rumors, after they have repeatedly proven their love for one another on their social media pages. Kotbh even shared a picture of Guthrie and herself hugging, captioning the photo, “Just because– and thank you!!! It was absolutely perfect !! Xoxoox.”
Guthrie went on to comment, saying, “Love you the mostest,” along with a heart. So, it appears that there actually isn’t any bad blood between these two ladies. But, where exactly is Guthrie?
Where is Savannah Guthrie?
Well, apparently the morning show host has been on some much-needed vacations with her children. She’s basically missing The Today Show for some good-old much-needed family time. She even posted a photo on her Instagram of herself and her children at a waterpark. She captioned the photo, “water park joy! —> water park exhaustion 🤩.”
The photo garnered attention from costar Jenna Bush Hager. She commented, “Where is this magical place? I thought we only water-parked together. LOLO.” On Friday, Aug 27, Kotbh was joined on the show by Hager, who is filling in for her while she’s still on break.
