JLo’s first big claim to fame was as a Fly Girl on In Living Color. While she certainly was a powerhouse back then, she was still keeping a pretty low profile as far as fashion goes. That was back when JLo was rocking curls and white shirts.

JLo’s big break as a film actress was as the Tejano singer Selena. At the film’s premiere, she rocked a turquoise gown with silver studs.

JLo is fully capable of going from “upscale classy” to “trendy and fly” in a matter of days. And no matter what, she’s always sexy. She went back to the trendy side of her style repertoire at the 2000 MTV VMAs when she rocked all-white (one of her fave color palettes). She wore a head band with long hair and hoop earrings.
