We have reached the latest dramatic turn in the saga of Jon and Kate Gosselin. The famed couple from Jon & Kate Plus 8 has new, serious accusations flying. Namely, Jon is saying that Kate stole over $100K from the children in 2019. Which is not the problem. The problem is she has yet to pay that money back.

In an exclusive interview with The Sun he detailed the accusations. He also had some very harsh words for his ex-wife.
“It makes me feel disgusted,” he said. “She has been on TV telling the world she has saved her children’ s money when she’s actually been stealing from them. She’s a hypocrite.
“There’s been no remorse from her at all. Now they’re 18 she thinks she can get away scott-free.”
Jon told the outlet that he noticed large amounts of money appeared to be missing from the accounts of both Hannah and Colin’s when got custody of the kids a few years ago. He is accusing Kate of stealing after she admitted to taking the money — calling it borrowing — but then never paying it back. The accounts that were set up gave the children tax breaks and any ‘borrowing’ could only be done with approved paperwork. That did not not happen.
Kate, for her part, said that she had to take the money out… ‘to survive.’
In the court filings that were obtained by The Sun, Kate claimed that she needed the money to “meet her and the children’s expenses.”
Those same documents showed that she also bought a $750,000 lake house in North Carolina.
Jon is making the very obvious case that something is not adding up.
‘Kate didn’t seem to care’ …
“Hannah called Kate the other day about it but Kate didn’t seem to care,” Jon added.
“I don’t know what the other children know about this money. I want them to know about this. It’s an obscene amount of money and it’s their money.”
Jon did not let her off the hook easily, saying a lot of other harsh — and potentially true — statements.
“Parents are not supposed to withdraw any money from these accounts,” he said. “(Not) without permission and without drawing up paperwork that they will pay it back. She has produced no paperwork and no payments have been made.”
Kate has a little different story.
Kate is also providing a lot of details about how the money is supposed to work.
She is doing so by citing how she has had to deal with the money. The details are a lot different.
“I paid $387,000 for their private school tuition out of our income; not the trust over the years,” the documents detail.
“So I mean I’m not looking to collect that but I borrowed $100,000 from the kids’ trust. And it owes me $387,000 technically,” she said.
