Kate Beckinsale Shares Perfect Pic In $12 Bikini And ‘Girls Best Friend’

Fans seem to think Kate Beckinsale looks good no matter what she wears, even if it costs just a little more than 10 bucks.

The actress has been pretty good at showing us that she basically does not age at all. In fact, she posted a picture of herself in a $12 bikini on Instagram proving it. Beckinsale, 49, focused on the diamonds in the caption, writing “Girl’s best friend” with a couple of heart emojis.

“Her $12 knit set hailed from Shein, including a bandeau-style top and high-waisted hipster bottoms,” wrote Footwear News. “Completing her ensemble were oversized pink acetate sunglasses with clear squared frames. For a glamorous twist, Beckinsale paired her bikini with thin diamond bracelets and layered diamond and pearl necklaces from Candy Ice Jewelry.”

The English actress has had multiple roles, first coming into prominence in the states in The Last Days of Disco. She has also co-starred in films such as Pearl Harbor, The Aviator, Snow Angels, Serendipity, and Everybody’s Fine. She currently stars in the dark comedy series Guilty Party.

“She’s a strong force in the fashion world as well, regularly appearing in front rows for brands like Elie Saab, Moschino and Giambattista Valli, among others,” Footwear News added.

Beckinsale keeps in great shape…

Throughout the years the actress has been open about her fitness routine, saying she was a big fan of yoga. Apparently, it helps her stay injury-free, telling Woman’s Health, “I haven’t been injured while doing an action movie, and I think it’s partially from practicing yoga.”

She also noted that she works with a personal trainer, Brad Sisking, six days a week for an hour. Beckinsale reportedly does full body workouts that specifically target her legs and her arms simultaneously.

One of her favorite workouts includes doing biceps as she squats and does combination punches with her sit-ups. She also likes to alternate between rowing and climbing machines during her heavy cardio sessions ending with some good old stretches. Sounds to me like she’s doing everything right.
