But that’s what one 79-year-old Venezuelan man told doctors happened when they were charged with the task of removing a beer bottle from his butt.

According to the man who received the beer bump, three men broke into his home in central Venezuela. When they failed to find anything valuable, they decided to attack him. It was not made clear if they drank the beer first, or if the bottle was already empty.

Either way, all is reportedly fine now, as the man only needed to undergo “emergency surgery” to have the bottle removed.

As explained by the Daily Mail, sometimes, objects that become lodged in your bottom can be removed by hand. But other times, it takes an entire operation, if there is a “suction” between the rectum and the object.

“The doctor will pass a tube between the object and the wall of the rectum to try to equalize the pressure as the object is removed,” relayed Times Now News. “The procedure requires sedation.”

At this point, it is not known if the police will investigate the incident.

Understandably, they may just decide they don’t actually want to get to the bottom of this.

“…they may just decide they don’t actually want to get to the bottom of this.”
