Phoenix Cop Accused of Making Porn While on Duty

One Arizona police officer is finding out there is only one proper way to use handcuffs. Christian Goggans, the police officer in question, is being investigated by the Phoenix Police Department after being accused of making and distributing pornography. Not just at home, but while on the job and on the clock.

Goggans had been uploading the images to a public Twitter handle, per Arizona Family. They received confirmation from the Phoenix police.

“We can confirm there is an open internal investigation underway involving Officer Goggans,” Phoenix police said in a statement to Arizona Family. “Officer Goggans was on home assignment prior to the start of the investigation for unrelated and non-disciplinary reasons.”

They offered no specifics on why Goggans is being investigated, however.

Christian Goggans Arrested

Arizona Family reported it went to Goggans’ home for a follow-up, but no one answered the door. A reporter from the publication then tried to call Goggans, but the man who answered the phone claimed not to b Goggans, the publication reported.

Apparently, he did ask the reporter how she got the number — which seems suspicious enough alone.

Basically, no one has denied that Goggans is being investigated for the porn allegations.

The pornography images were available on a Twitter page owned by “Rico Blaze,” Arizona Family reported. It has since been changed to a “private” setting, meaning you need to request access to see what’s on there.

The Phoenix police department has a code of conduct for its officers, and not surprisingly, making pornography would be a violation of that.
