ISIS released a new short video celebrating the success of the terrorist attack on Brussels and featuring a soundbite from Republican presidential front runner Donald Trump.

Trump was repeatedly warned that his anti-Islamic rhetoric would be used as a recruitment tool by ISIS, but it turned out his general fear mongering was the message they really wanted spread.

A soundbite from Trump’s phone interview with Fox News the morning of the attack accompanies Trump’s picture, which is set beside footage from inside the attacked airport, all of it engulfed in flames.

“Brussels was one of the great cities,” Trump says. “One of the most beautiful cities of the world 20 years ago; it was amazing, actually. And safe. And now it’s a horror show; it’s an absolute horror show.”

The video starts with a newscaster noting that this attack follows just four months after Paris attacks. Another voice chimes in to acknowledge security limitations before Trump’s soundbite comes up.

His words “horror show” are echoed, and the video turns to shots of intimidating ISIS fighters and more of the aftermath in Brussels. Politico translated the accompanying lyrics to mean “Brothers rise up! Claim your victory! Let’s go, let’s go, let’s go for jihad.”

The logo of the ISIS media branch, Al-Battar, can be seen in the top right corner, alternating with the ISIS flag symbol. The video is a celebration of successfully terrorizing Europe combined with a message encouraging others to join the fight.

YouTube removed the slick nine-minute recruitment video and banned the user who uploaded it within minutes of the video being put online.
