Country singer Jason Aldean and his wife, Brittany, rushed to the Emergency Room after their son fell at the pool. 4-year-old Memphis Aldean Williams had his first visit to an ER after needing two stitches in his chin.

Brittany posted a photo of Memphis giving a thumbs-up to her Instagram Stories. It was captioned, “Our day took a turn when Mems fell at the pool… two stitches under his chin and our first official trip to the E.R.” She thanked the “awesome doc” and “great nurses” for taking such good care of her little boy.
Jason also posted about the incident on his Stories. He wrote, “”Lil man had his first trip to the ER today. Needed 2 stitches and took it like a champ. Back home and rockin.”
Luckily, little Memphis is tough and resilient. He was, in fact, seeming totally normal the next day.
Brittany posted a follow-up Instagram Story captioned, “Mem is rocking today! Wouldn’t even know he had stitches!”
But the accident was still pretty scary!
Jason once told Country Countdown USA all about how he and Brittany decided on Memphis’ name:
“We had a notepad we were keeping different names on. Every night when we’d get in bed, we’d discuss names. I’d throw one out and she wouldn’t like it. There were a couple we agreed on, but only one that we felt was it. I’ve always been a big Elvis fan. I watched documentaries on him. It was me who first threw it out.”
Jason and Brittany tied the knot in March of 2015 and Memphis Aldean was born on December 1, 2017.
