Since last month, the Oakland Police Department has been in serious turmoil, after a woman named Celeste Guap, 18, said she’d slept with two dozen police officers, three of them while she was underage.

And get this — this all happened while Guap’s mother worked at the department as a police dispatcher.

But the situation has gotten even worse. Guap told the East Bay Times that she had sex with officers from five departments, was paid for it and said police officers provided confidential information about prostitution stings.

She shared a revealing text exchange with KPIX to support this claim.

She said she slept with 30 cops in total (three while she was under 18) and that she received police protection.

Additionally, the Oakland Police Department has been a revolving door for police chiefs in the last week. According to the New York Daily News, the department is now on its third police chief in a week.

The investigation began in earnest after Officer Brendan O’Brien alerted the department to sexual misconduct in a note before he committed suicide last September.

Previously, Guap has referenced O’Brien’s suicide on Facebook.

Then she said O’Brien was the only officer she “messed with” while underage. That number has grown to three.

She also liked a post on her Facebook that said the “best part” of the story was that O’Brien killed himself.
