Even the National Public Radio (NPR) makes spelling mistakes.
The publicly-funded radio syndicate published a tweet on Monday with a glaring error:
“The teaching force is a ‘leaky budket’ — hundreds of thousands quit each year. Lack of support is one reason,” read the tweet, with “bucket” misspelled as “budket.”

Rather than delete the tweet, NPR openly punished itself online, repeating the lines “I will not misspell bucket:”
Fans of the BBC classic “Keeping Up Appearances” used the opportunity to joke about the main character Hyacinth Bucket’s demand that her last name be pronounced like “bouquet:”
