A home has been stuck in the middle of a street in Austin, Texas, for four days after movers missed their deadline. The moving team of Nick Morphis and AAA Austin Home Movers attempted to move the house on Tuesday night, using a chainsaw and tearing down a side of the house to make it more easily maneuverable.

Because of a permit issued for the house’s transport that says it can only be moved between midnight and 4 a.m., movers will have to wait until Wednesday night to start the process again.

This isn’t the first time that Morphis has run into issues as a result of his moving company. When attempting to move a home in 2011, Morphis ended up destroying five mailboxes and damaging two signs and phone pole before causing the trailer to fall off the moving truck and block two driveways.

In 2014, Morphis was convicted for his 2012 crime of theft of an elderly person and ordered to pay back $14,000 after he failed to deliver two portable buildings to an 83-year-old woman.

Morphis’ company also faced a lawsuit back in 2006 for his failure to move another Austin home.
