A Maryland woman was arrested this week after a sheriff’s deputy said she served two other women milk laced with dead skin shavings.
Sarah Schrock, 56, was charged with food contamination, three counts of second-degree assault and failing to comply with a peace order on file for one of the victims, SoMdNews reports.
According to the deputy in charging documents, Shrock was alone at home until her two dinner guests arrived. She offered them milk, which they were drinking when the two women began choking and gagging. A strainer revealed the dead skin shavings. One of the women told police that Schrock has dry feet due to diabetes and has trays in her bedroom with the same kind of shavings.
Shrock was arrested at a nearby motel room and denied involvement in tainting the milk.
