A mother is upset after she received a rude note from people at an Idaho diner accusing her 10-month-old son of “ruining” their dinner because of his yelling.

Leach wrote on a Facebook post to KTVB-TV saying, “He will yell when I tell him no, when he’s super excited and happy or just for no reason at all.”

The post has since been taken down.

The Leach family went to Texas Roadhouse in Nampa, Idaho, one of their favorite spots.

“Today was the first day I had to stick up for my son for being well, just a baby. I have never felt so hurt and protective over him, it broke my heart that there are really rude people out there.”

Leach said two customers, “Caucasian women in their late 50’s or early 60’s,” slammed a pink flyer next to her and sat back down.

The flyer read, “Thank you for ruining our dinner with your screaming kid! Sincerely, the table behind you.”

Leach turned around and said, “I am sorry but my son is 11 months old. I am trying to get him to keep it down but he is still learning and he is only a baby. He is learning!”

The women told her their grandchildren never behave that way.

Leach spoke with the manager of Texas Roadhouse, who apologized and told the women they could finish their dinner but then had to leave quietly.

According to Leach, the manager paid for their meal, apologized again and told them to come back anytime.
