Sylvester Stallone’s wife of 25 years, Jennifer Flavin, is filing for divorce. And she’s accusing the actor of moving assets from their marital funds.

The 54-year-old Jennifer Flavin is a former model, most famous for being the third wife of Rocky star Sylvester Stallone. The pair married in 1997 and share three grown daughters together: Sophia Stallone, Sistine Stallone, and Scarlet Stallone.
But it was no storybook romance.
Stallone and Flavin first met in 1988 at Beverly Hills and remained to date until 1994… when Sly dumped her in a “sloppy,“ handwritten letter delivered via FedEx. That’s right. Stallone had ended things with Flavin when it became apparent that his secret flame Janice Dickinson was pregnant. But Stallone did not reveal the affair, or Dickinson’s pregnancy, in that letter. Instead, Flavin learned the heartbreaking news through the modeling agency grapevine.
Dickinson gave birth to a baby girl, Savannah Rodin, that year and she was briefly engaged to Stallone. But when a paternity test revealed Stallone was not the father, the couple broke up. After that, Stallone was briefly engaged, again, to Angie Everhart — another model — before finally reuniting with Flavin.
Now, though, the tables have turned. Flavin has filed for divorce.
The Split
Jennifer Flavin filed for divorce from Sylvester Stallone in Florida last Friday. And according to documents obtained by TMZ, Flavin thinks Stallone is hiding marital assets. They read:
“Upon information and belief, the Husband has engaged in the intentional dissipation, depletion and/or waste of marital assets which has had an adverse economic impact on the marital estate. Pursuant to Section 61.075, Florida Statues, equity dictates that the Wife be compensated and made whole by receiving an unequal distribution of the marital assets in her favor. Moreover, the Husband should be enjoined from, selling, transferring, assigning, encumbering, or dissipating any assets during the pendency of proceedings.”

Flavin also sought an injunction from the court to stop Stallone from moving further assets as the divorce proceedings remain ongoing.
A Salty Instagram Post?
Just before news of the split broke, Jennifer Flavin shared this cute pic of herself with her daughters on Instagram, captioned: “These girls are my priority, nothing else matters. The 4 of us forever #truth #family #forever.” Notably, a famous fifth member of the family is missing.
Here Today… Gone Tomorrow
If a bicep tattoo is any indication — and it most certainly is — Sylvester Stallone is also over Jennifer Flavin. According to recent photos, Sly covered up a large tattoo of his wife with one of his late dog, Butkus. Ouch.
I think a lot can be revealed about a man’s character by the way he handles himself during a breakup or divorce. They were together for 25 years and have 3 grown daughters together! So far, I’m not impressed by his!
