A North Carolina wife who cared for her husband after a major car accident has been cheated on by that very husband, she said, and for a second time.

Kate Sifuentes said she was riddled with guilt after her husband’s accident, believing that him responding to her text messages while driving may have led to the crash. That led to her checking his phone to see her texts to him, and if they led up to the time of the accident.
While checking, she found multiple messages between her husband and another woman.
Given the circumstances, she let it go. Her husband had to redevelop the majority of his motor skills, a long and stressful road in which Sifuentes’ played a major role.
But once he began to use his phone again, he immediately cheated, she alleged in a TikTok video.
“I was the one who freaking taught him how to use his phone, just for him to start talking to females again,” Sifuentes, 24, said.
Following the accident, doctors told Sifuentes that her husband suffered a traumatic brain injury and multiple strokes.

That is when her guilt kicked in and she took a look at his phone.
“Immediately pops up a conversation with another female on a different Snapchat account and under a different name. A Snapchat I’d never seen before,” she said. “So, I keep looking … and there was all these women all over. He was on so many dating sites under [a different] name.”
Once he came around, he admitted to the behavior and promised to stop.
“He said he was sorry, and said all the s- -t that guys say to get you back,” Sifuentes said. “So I stayed a few more months.”
The couple eventually attended marriage counseling and Sifuentes aimed to forgive and move toward a new life with her spouse. Apparently, things didn’t change, after all.
“He (started) talking to all these women,” she said, admitting that she began checking his phone regularly. “He didn’t even try to hide it anymore.
“So at that point, I was like, ‘I’m done.’”
At that point, yes, it made sense.
“We’ll be filing [for divorce] soon,” Sifuentes said. “But, he wants to take me to court because he wants everything we’ve ever owned.”
More than likely, that includes his contact list.
