Smart, 29, is expecting her second kid with husband Matthew Gilmour, whom she married in 2012. The couple already share daughter Chloe, 2. The activist and abduction survivor is very private about her family life, but her father insisted that she “ready for Sunday and is extremely happy.”

The young mom, who gave a keynote speech at Brigham Young University in observance of April as Sexual Assault Awareness Month Friday, has always wanted to be a parent, having called it her “greatest aspiration.”

“I wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for my mom,” she said in 2014. “My mom is a hero and has influenced my life more than any other person, and I’d like to have that same influence on my children.”
