It’s a girl for Amanda Seyfried and Thomas Sadoski, who just welcomed their first child together

Newlyweds Amanda Seyfried and Thomas Sadoski are now new parents as well! The pair welcomed their first child together, a baby girl.

“I’m ready to go,” Seyfried reportedly said before giving birth. “I’m ready to meet the kid!”

“I’m terrified but I couldn’t be more excited,” Sadoski joked. “She gets the singing. I do the diaper changing.”

The couple first revealed their pregnancy in November, and secretly eloped earlier this month. Before finding out she was expecting, Seyfried had been open about wanting a child.

“I keep feeling like my eggs are dying off. I need to get on it… I want a child. Badly. I want to be a mother, badly,” she said back in 2015. “That’s what I feel. I’ve been feeling it for like two years. I’m not ready but nobody’s ready. It changes everything… so how you can ever be ready for that?”

Seyfried and Sadoski have not yet shared any photos of their new bundle of joy or revealed the little girl’s name yet.
