“It will be one of each! Yes, a boy and a girl. That’s what I’ve been told,” Nina Clooney, George’s mom, spilled the beans to Vogue on Thursday. “How marvelous! My husband and I are extremely excited.”

The soon-to-be grandmother also shared that the couple will choose names for their bundles of joy themselves. The Clooneys, who married in 2014, kept the pregnancy a secret for months, despite weeks of speculation. They are preparing to welcome their twins into the world this June, making the them the first children for either star.

While the couple has not yet commented on their upcoming arrivals, their friend Matt Damon has expressed his excitement about the news, telling NBC’s “Today”, “She’s spectacular. They’re gonna be- those kids are really lucky. He’ll be great [as a dad]. He’s just, you know, he’s so smart, he’s so loving. He’s gonna be great.”
