The high school senior received a standing ovation from Adam Levine and Gwen Stefani for her beautiful performance of “Send My Love (To Your New Lover).” Both coaches came out of the gate swinging for her to join their teams.
“When you did that dip into the top of your falsetto thing, I was like, ‘oh my God, she can really control her voice in this really nerve-wracking time. Wow, that is something I need to be a part of because this girl has ice water in her veins and she is ready to do this on live TV,'” Levine praised. “You are amazing, amazing, amazing!”
“You just really took it as your own and you really understood the song and the lyrics,” Stefani said. “You had the patience to really show us all of the different sides of your voice.”
In the end, Price was faced with her most difficult decision: who is her coach?
“I pick…” she hesitated before saying, “Adam!”
