Along with former President Trump, the bill also seeks to ban Steve Bannon, Rudy Giuliani, Dan Scavino, John Eastman, Peter Navarro, Jeffrey Clark, Kenneth Cheseboro, and Mark Meadows from entering the Capitol.

The bill reads as following…

The Sergeant at Arms of the House of Representatives, the Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper of the Senate, and the United States Capitol Police shall take such actions as may be necessary to prohibit President Donald John Trump, Steve Bannon, Mark Meadows, Dan Scavino, Peter Navarro, Jeffrey Clark, John Eastman, Kenneth Cheseboro, and Rudy Giuliani from entering the United States Capitol.

Former President Donald Trump has responded to this bill with a scathing response. Read that full response below…

Former President Trump called Swalwell a ‘lowlife’, and claimed that he is not respected by anybody. Swalwell also Tweeted about the bill. You can read his tweet below…

Georgia Representative Nikema Williams also tweeted about the bill. See her response below…

With our country continuing to suffer under extremely harsh economic conditions, it is a pathetic shame that this is what Democrats are worried about. Petty legislation with no meaning, other than to be used as a promotional tool for the fools who proposed it.

  1. Donald Trump, etc should not be allowed no where near the Capitol after such destruction. Former potus actually stood by with his power and allowed destruction by his maggots. No, none who participated in that riot or insurrection, etc should be prosecuted.
