Hillary Clinton has dialed the phone number she never wanted to call. CNN’s Dana Bash reports Clinton called Donald Trump to concede the race. The news came not long after Clinton’s campaign chairman, John Podesta, told her supporters that Clinton would not be making a speech early Wednesday.

The Associated Press declared Trump the winner of the election around 2:30 a.m. EST Wednesday.
