Perez entered our country illegally, and was only allowed to stay because of the ‘dreamer’ protections pushed by Barack Obama and the Democrats.
This month, Perez was charged with five consecutive life sentences for the murder of three individuals. The victims were 38-year-old Steven Marler, 23-year-old Josh Hampton, and an accused accomplice to Marler and Hampton’s murders.
Perez was previously arrested and charged for domestic violence back in 2017. ICE officials requested to take custody of Perez, but local immigration laws in New Jersey prevented that from taking place.
Per the ‘sanctuary status’ of New Jersey, Perez was released.
It was not until 2018 that Perez eventually killed Marler and Hampton, who lived in a home previously occupied by Perez.
Perez reportedly killed Marler and Hampton with accomplice and girlfriend ‘Sabrina Starr’ who was later shot and killed by Perez.

ICE Acting Executive Associate Director Corey Price said Friday that federal immigration officials placed a detainer on Perez while in the New Jersey jail, but jail officials did not honor the request and did not let ICE know when he was released.
But Middlesex County officials say its ICE’s fault the detainer was not honored because the agency’s request did not meet specific criteria, adding that the federal immigration agency never requested to deport Perez while he was in jail.

There is no question that this murder could have been prevented. Dangerous policies which allow for rabid criminals to enter our country without even being subject to our laws brought this entirely.
The families of Marler and Hampton should be levying every legal action available at their disposal directly at the politicians who allowed a dangerous criminal to be released.
This is madness!
