President Barack Obama thinks the Republican presidential candidates need to loosen up a bit.
During a speech to the Democratic National Committee Women’s Leadership Forum in Washington, D.C., Friday, Obama said the candidates focus too much on doom and gloom and are “so down on America.” He said the candidates look like “Grumpy Cat,” the famous Internet meme based on the cat that’s devoid of emotion.
