Goodall typically sings for students as they gather for assemblies. But this is the first time he belted out Don’t Stop Believin for them.

“I just wanted them to not stop believing and thinking they can do whatever they want,” Goodall said, via the New York Post.

Meanwhile, Perry was inspired enough to post about the video on Twitter, as well as comment under Goodall’s TikTok of the song.

While now a bit famous, he intends to continue on as the janitor at Davis Park Elementary in Terre Haute.

“I’m just a regular person,” Goodall said. “I’m happy; so thankful that I have food in my belly and a roof over my head and that I’m warm in the winter and cool in the summer.”

Don’t stop believin’, Richard. Don’t ever stop.
