Mormon TikTok Influencer Pleads Not Guilty to Domestic Violence Charges

Taylor Frankie Paul said she didn’t do it. No, not behave as a swinger — that she admits. But she pleaded not guilty to domestic violence charges that led to her arrest last month.

Paul, 28, is a TikTok star, a Mormon, and an admitted swinger. She addressed the domestic violence charges in an Instagram Stories post, her first comments since being arrested. In that post, she admitted that all the drama has her on antidepressants.

“The last few weeks have been the hardest of weeks of my life,” Paul said, via the New York Post. “I wanted to thank all of those who have been by my side, those who reached out and the strangers that stopped to hug me.

“I’ve silently been working on healing, therapy, a blessing, starting classes, and got on antidepressants to help me during this time. I’m starting to feel progress and will be back to work soon.

“Again, just thank you for those that have given me grace at this very difficult time.”

Taylor Paul Pleads Not Guilty

Paul is a member of the MomTok community, as a Mormon mother who has found fame on TikTok. She has more than 4 million followers.

She admittedly is also a “soft swinger,” and whatever that is reportedly led to her arrest. She was charged after allegedly striking boyfriend Dakota Mortensen, 30, with a wooden playset and some “heavy, metal chairs” during an argument at their home. The argument reportedly was the result of some of her scandalous behavior.

As reported by the Post, a pretrial protective order was entered on behalf of Paul’s kids.

Paul shares daughter Indy, 5, and son Ocean, 2, with ex-husband Tate Paul. They reportedly divorced after Paul took her swinging too far with a friend’s husband.
