Goodwin just happens to be an OnlyFans model and like so many others, is using the platform to get rich quick.
As relayed by Good Morning America, Goodwin is buying eight homes, then intends to rent each to low-income families. The British model estimated that she is earning between $118,00 to $153,000 USD a month via her OnlyFans account.
“I don’t need that,” she said. “There’s a lot of disposable income after taxes.”
Goodwin paid cash for the eight homes, she added.

“So there’s no mortgage to pay on these houses,” she said. “So I can charge whatever I want rent-wise, which is why I can do it at a low cost.”
At one point, Goodwin herself was homeless. And that’s the primary reason behind her housing plan.
“I’ve lived on the breadline in poverty for most of my life, all of my life really,” she said. “It wasn’t until I was 25 that that sort of changed. …
“Obviously I can’t make a huge difference, but with the money I’ve accumulated from doing OnlyFans, I would really like to sort of start my own low-income property plan.”
