But WWE star Zelina Vega said she wasn’t bothered by the fact her boob implant popped, mid-match, inside the ring in May 2022. In fact, she said, it may have been a blessing in not-so-disguise.
“I wanted them bigger anyway,” she said, via The Star.
Vega, 32, revealed the, uh, tragic accident in a guest spot on the Anna Farris Is Unqualified podcast. Vega has been out of action since the accident, and fans were starting to wonder why.
So she explained.
“This is silly, but one of my best friends and I were in a match, and she had given me this one called a Northern Lights Suplex,” she said. “Basically she kind of flips me over her backward, and her shoulder went into my chest, and I ruptured an implant.”

But hey, all’s well that ends well, it appears.
“Looking on the bright side, I was like, well they are 10-years-old, and I kind of wanted them bigger anyway,” Vega said. “So it ended up working out.
“Lately I’m like, ‘I should have gone a little bigger, I don’t know. Why not?'”
This, of course, isn’t the first time a boob popped in the ring. It also happened to Scarlett Bordeaux back in November, a WWE Raw. That one was considered a career-ending injury.
So, needless to say, Bordeaux set up an OnlyFans account and is now trying to make a living — seemingly successfully so — that way.
As for Vega, she reportedly expects to return to the ring at some point. Only this time, she intends to be more well-endowed.
