You will need:
Spaghetti
- 1 pound spaghetti (linguine works too)
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup dry roasted peanuts, roughly chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- â…” cup soy sauce
- ½ cup chicken broth or stock
- ½ cup dry sherry
- 2 tablespoons red chili paste with garlic
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Chicken meatballs
- 1 pound ground chicken
- â…“ cup yellow onion, grated or finely diced
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- â…“ cup oats
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Sauce
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 2 tablespoons red chili paste with garlic
- 2 tablespoons honey
