Though his attitude was quite apocalyptic, Moore accurately called President Trump’s win several times while others around him were gearing up for another Clinton in the White House. And he did so by getting into the minds of Trump supporters.

But Moore’s latest comments might not sit well with Trump supporters, especially the women who voted for Trump.

Appearing as a guest on MSNBC, Moore said that women who voted for the president were a reminder for “how far we have to go.”

He suggested that women who voted for Trump only did so out of a sense of “ingrained” misogyny and sexism:

This election really showed that we’ve ignored the misogyny and the sexism that is still so prevalent and ingrained. And ingrained in many of the victims, the 46% of women that voted for Trump, and the 53% of white women that voted for Trump. And that’s just — well, that just says that we’ve got more work to do and we’ll keep doing it.
