INGREDIENTS

1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 egg
3 tablespoons peppermint extract
1 12-ounce package dark chocolate candy melts
1 12-ounce package green candy melts

The batter is so easy to make, and the delicious, chocolatey coating is nothing more than some melted dark chocolate candy. The result looks better than the original!
