A bride in Russia experienced the performances of a lifetime when she had Mariah Carey and Elton John perform at her wedding… but, it cost her!
According to TMZ, Carey and John raked in $4.2 million for the performances. Russian billionaire Valery Kogan reportedly paid for the extravagant concert for his granddaughter’s London wedding. During the nine-hour reception, Carey reportedly sang “We Belong Together” to the new bride and groom.
The bride, Irene Kogan, 19, is reportedly a big fan of Carey and requested she be flown in from the U.S. John reportedly did a 12-song set during the reception.
