A man thought he picked the perfect spot to propose — let’s just say they’ll never see the ring again

Isaiah Adams got down on one knee and proposed to his girlfriend, Grace, at a waterfall in Maryland, according to “Inside Edition.” However, after Grace said yes, things took an unfortunate turn. Sadly, Isaiah dropped the ring into the water at Cunningham Falls State Park in the town of Thurmont, as he tried to hand it to Grace.

“I was crying with happiness, but then I was crying with fear at the same time,” Grace said in an interview with Inside Edition. “I looked up, and his face was just shock.”

The ring was swept away into the rough waters and was never found, but the happy couple still plans to get married.

Maybe this wasn’t the best location after all.
