A former butcher has created a new niche in the school supply marketplace.
Plymouth University 3D design student Jack Devaney is transforming dead animals into stationery and selling them online.
The business idea began when the 22-year-old posted a photo of his “homemade pencil case” on the site Imgur and in one week it was viewed almost 500,000 times, RT Live reports.
Devaney uses the dead bodies of mice, moles, and squirrels to make pencil cases, sold at around $43. He also sells bookmarks made a rabbit for $43.
