“Head out on the Highway and see a Dog strapped to someones Back is insane! Makes me want a dog and a Motorcycle and Dog Goggles! hahaha I was Shocked when I seen the Schnauzer Doing 70mph down the I-15,” uploader Shawn White wrote on YouTube.
