Roosters are notorious for being perpetually disgruntled little creatures. One farmer managed to capture a battle between two of them on camera.

It started as a pretty typical cockfight with a backstory; the farmer explained that the “red rooster finally got tired of being second chair and has decided to challenge the black rooster who is head honcho on the ranch.”

The two went after each other for a few moments before their little battle was interrupted by a turkey who towered over them.
“Mr. Turkey doesn’t like people fighting,” the rancher explained.

The bigger bird broke up the squabble and chased the birds away.
