President Obama’s approval ratings have dropped to 39 percent. Herman Cain believes this has to do with the failed Obamacare rollout.
Cain warns against two key distractions, which are driven by “an attitude” on the part of the president.
“President Obama has an attitude about why his approval rankings are tanking,” Herman Cain said, “and that attitude is ‘it must be race.'”
“I am sick of Democrats playing the ‘race card’ every time they find themselves in a corner with bad policies or bad results.”
