American Conservative Union chairman Matt Schlapp said that Spicer’s actions were “too feisty” but “not racism.”

Professor and The Root editor Jason Johnson disagreed, arguing “You don’t get to tell other people what racism is!”

Schlapp and Johnson began to shout at each other after both men accused each other of not experiencing racism.

Panel host Chris Jansing tried to get the men back under control.
