A Saturday Night Live skit featuring Dakota Johnson actress “Fifty Shades of Grey” received both high praise and vicious hate in the few short hours since it aired on Saturday night.
The skit is an obvious commercial parody, showing Johnson preparing to leave her family and join the Islamic State.
At first, the viewer thinks they are watching a commercial for about a dad dropping his daughter off at college.
“I’ll see you at Thanksgiving,” he says before pulling away.
When the girl’s ride arrives, it is a truck decked out with the flag of the Islamic State.
“Dad, it’s just ISIS,” the girl says to her nervous father.
When the girl gets in the truck the leader of the group leans in to the truck and declares “death to America.”
