If you’re like us and can’t live another 10 months without the Cranberry Bliss Bars that Starbucks sells around the holidays, don’t worry — you don’t have to.

A white chocolate ginger blondie with dried cranberries and lemon white chocolate icing definitely sounds like a treat that should be eaten year-round. We found this delicious recipe from Let the Baking Begin so you can make them at home whenever you want.

Here’s what you’ll need:

For the bars:

  • 1½ sticks butter, softened
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1¼ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1½ cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp minced crystallized ginger or 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
  • 1½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups dried cranberries
  • 4 oz white chocolate chips

For the topping:

  • ½ cup Craisins (dried cranberries)
  • 2 oz white chocolate chips

For the frosting

  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 tsp lemon juice
