Here’s how to prepare a delicious and romantic beef Wellington dinner for two.

You will need:
2 filet mignon
3 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup onion, chopped
6 ounces mushrooms, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 sprig thyme
¼ cup sherry
1 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 sheet puff pastry, cut in half
Egg wash
