The Washington Post Express accidentally turned a story about women into one about men while covering the Women’s March on Washington

On Thursday, the Washington Post Express covered the highly anticipated Women’s March on Washington, set to take place on Jan. 21, one day after President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration. Women around the country are signing up to attend what is shaping up to be a huge protest, but unfortunately for the Washington Post Express, they used the wrong gender symbol on their cover to promote the event.

Needless to say, the mistake, which made their reporting on a march about women inadvertently about men, didn’t go unnoticed by the internet.

The Washington Post Express quickly realized their error and “manned up” to it, replacing the cover with a new one, this time portraying the correct symbol.

While their new tweet received many “thank you” replies, some Twitter users are still cracking jokes about the mix-up.
