Rare’s Under 40 Awards celebrates individuals between the ages of 18 and 39 who inspire others through their convictions. Recipients of the Under 40 Award represent a cross-section of America’s passions and accomplishments, while spanning professions, interests, degrees, geographies and nationalities.
